All services are subject to availability.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings may require a deposit

• Full payment terms will be agreed before service delivery

• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

4. Intellectual Property

All content remains the property of Obipixel Ltd unless agreed otherwise.

This includes:

• Photographs

• Branding

• Digital assets

Clients receive usage rights as agreed, not ownership.

5. Use of Content

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute content without permission

• Use images for commercial purposes without agreement
